10/10/08 - Terra
Tees & CaDance Gala
Last Thursday I worked with Jen Capaci to photograph her new
line of eco-friendly T shirts, Terra Tees. Each shirt depicts a
different ecosystem and the proceeds are accordingly distributed
amongst sixteen different charities.
To the left, the bridal party from Megan and Justin Artherton's
beautiful wedding back in September.

The Laguna Dance Festival wrapped up with a magnificent gala
on Sept 27th.

9/21/08 - Fashion shows & PJ pants!
So much to explain. I've been running all over recently working
with motivated and talented people. I shot for the Simple Glam
Girls at the 'All Decked Out' Fashion show at the Del Mar Yacht
Fest. It was a great event and it benefited the San Diego Armed
Services YMCA.
On the 15th I did
a product shoot for the
International Princess Project, a
non profit
organization in Orange county that advocates for
enslaved
prostitutes in India by providing them with vocational skills
and holistic rehabilitation. Recently
the women have been using their sewing talents to manufacture 'Punjammies,' or these Indian inspired
pajama pants for women. All profits go towards developing the
program and benefiting the lives of the women.

I had another shoot
with Ivonne, this time in downtown San Diego. We just took a
stroll and found a few photogenic spots. Here is one of her
showing off some of her new dance moves.
We are beginning to
admit that summer might be leaving San Diego, but we're holding
it off as long as possible.
Here are some shots from Torrey Pines State Reserve in La Jolla.
Model: Nicole.

9/8/08 - More new work.
I've been filling up my time trying to diversify my portfolio
recently and it's been all kinds of fun.
Though the days
are not as long as they used to be and pretty much everything
has dried up for the
season,
the shooting here is never disappointing. There
are so many corners of San Diego to
explore. I've lived here a whole year now and there is still so
much to see.
Here is a little composition from a shoot I did
with Tylara and my 1963 Voighlander Ultramatic.
More recent fashion work
here. |
8/23/08 - Coast magazine portrait of Gabbi
I had a full page portrait of chef Gabbi Patrick published in
Orange county's Coast magazine this last July. Never mind that
nobody bothered to tell me and I am credited nowhere, I am still
pretty excited!

8/21/08 - Foxy Woo Woo @ Stage

I went downtown to see my favorite local band Foxy
Woo Woo
deliver a kick ass performance on Aug 14th, and here is a shot
of Adryon singing her heart out. There are too many talents and
high points of the group to credit them all, so I suggest you
catch a show sometime! |
8/19/08 - Want to link to RobertsonExposure?
If you've always dreamed of having a banner-link to
robertsonexposure.com, the wait is over! The new 'linking'
page offers a variety of mini graphic ads that you host on
your website, along with the HTML code to embed the link: |
8/15/08 - New 'Videos' Page added
I've added a new page to exhibit video projects that I've worked
on.
At this point there are only two, but it will keep growing
with new and old work.

8/13/08 - Dance
Shoot video - finally edited!
Finally I have found the time to cut together this video from
a dance shoot I had back in February with a group of students
and alumni from Chapman University.

8/11/088 - I took
a picture of a meteor!

I went way out into the desert Monday night with some friends in
hopes of getting some pictures of the meteor
shower.
The 'shower' turned out to be a trickle,
but I managed to capture
this one meteor ( or UFO - more likely a satellite... )
A fun activity regardless. The shot
of my friend Eric is perhaps the real winner:
